It’s nearly impossible to talk about Korean culture without mentioning the healthy and delicious representative food, kimchi, the pride of Korea.
There are actually quite a few different types of “kimchi’s”, spicy, fermented vegetables, but Chinese Cabbage is usually the first one we always think of, though radish is very common too.
Here’s a few of the 4K Film demos I did with my new Panasonic camera. These are just quick improvised test projects.

A) “On the trail” – 50’s Black and white suspense classic in Canadian Wilderness. I really learned the power of music to draw people into stories on this one. I started creating a little classical soundtrack music for that one.
What the heck is ‘Bondaygee’ you say? Read description or watch video here.
Well it’s a Korean word that basically means “cocoon”. While living in Korea for about 12 years, I made a little “Bondaygee” Song and later a bondaygee movie. Naturally I became known as “James Bondaygee”. I enjoyed the concept very much because ‘Bondaygee” strongly represents the entire “Creative Process”, transformation and rebirth. It’s a good meditation in itself.
Anyways I love to work in Film and photography. I have a wonderful 4K camera. Also I do music recording, video, animation, graphics, 3D logos, 3d animation and website creation.
If you need help with any of those things don’t hesitate to contact me here. I can probably save you a lot of money! 🙂 I’m located here in beautiful Vancouver, B.C, Canada.

I had reached some kind of barrier with my routine. As I was starting to enjoy my power yoga workout more and more, I think some seeds of overall awareness were growing at this time because it was around then that I suddenly became fixated on coconuts. (Here’s a coconuts video I made). Continue reading “How I became healthy: Part 2”

It’s been a really great change for me and as I have learned I have actually grown as a person. So this is what you call “meaningful change”. To be perfectly honest, there’s nothing more wonderful than finding your True Self.
Healthy Chocolate ice-cream? Yes you heard me correctly. What I’ve realized is healthy food can and does taste amazing if you know how to prepare it. Your taste buds will also really learn to appreciate good food as well!
The “healthy chocolate ice-cream” recipe is one of my favorites. I thought I invented it myself last year, but realize that many people around the world know this delicious secret already!
